We want to get more Young Eagles
activity going for our local "future
pilots".
On the right are the Guidelines for
Pilots to fly Young Eagles including the
insurance requirement. Our current
Young Eagles chairman is Grant
Meadows. If you qualify to fly and
would like the joy of introducing a
young person to the World of Flying,
please call Grant at 386-935-3403 and
let him know you would like to
volunteer.

| The Young Eagles and the CAP joint event took place on June 13, 2009 and was very successful. A CAP Cessna 172 came from Fernandina Beach to participate in CAP flight qualifications for 2 cadets. 18 Young Eagles were flown in 3 fixed wing and 1 helicoper. |
